SIMPLY ACHIEVE MORE

"Starting something new doesn’t always mean you need to change your mindset. I’ve found that the key is simply to commit. Why? Because it’s hard to envision something you’ve never seen or experienced before. That’s why I’ve learned to trust the process and take action. By doing, you start to see, feel, and experience the change in your life—and that’s what ultimately shifts your mindset. It can even become a powerful drive, fueling your desire to try and achieve more. So, let’s go for it.

Let’s Simply Achieve More!"

WHICH LEADER YOU WANT TO BECOME?

Leadership in a different perspective

LEAD YOUR LIFE

by fighting

"I don't know how."

"I am too tired."

"I have no time."

Life is hard work. But knowing yourself is even harder. You're constantly competing with yourself and others to achieve your goals, and at times it feels overwhelming, like you're spinning your wheels without getting anywhere. Finding the motivation to take action and not let others dictate your path can feel like a battle—and sometimes it is. But there are ways to make it easier, ways that have helped me, and they can help you too.

LEAD YOUR TEAM

by supporting

“My boss doesn’t support me, I don’t feel valued.”

“It doesn’t make sense what I’m being told.”

“I want to learn something, but I never get the chance.”

You may not be able to change your boss, but you can become the leader you always wished you had—giving others the chance to experience great leadership. And remember, leadership isn’t just about holding a title; every employee has the potential to lead. Embrace that mindset, and watch the doors that open. Leadership is a powerful tool that helps you grow and achieve your goals, no matter your position.

LEAD YOUR FIRM

by releasing

If I don't do it myself, it won't get done right.

"They don’t care about the details like I do."

"I'll lose control of the company."

Big steps lie ahead, and you’re exhausted—there’s just too much to handle alone. As your company grows, it's clear you can't do everything by yourself. It’s time to build a team, to share responsibility, and to trust others. This means letting go and creating a structure that gives you the freedom to focus on what truly matters to you. Achieving that freedom requires thoughtful preparation, but it’s the key to unlocking your potential.

THE FRAMEWORK TO COMMIT

From Overwhelmed to a Controlled Manager

BALANCE

all about you

Simply What:

(this you get told from everyone)

Manage your energy and create an optimal day.

Simply Why:

(maybe this as well, if you are lucky)

It is like being in the airplane, when the steward tells you first to take care of you before you help your child or someone else.

You cannot be a good manager for someone else, if you are not able to manage your own life.

Having energy and a schedule that you control, and not the other way around, you have now the capacity to deal with changes in your environment and the problems of your team.

Simply How:

(but this very rarely)

First you balance the topics of your workload, your mind and your body and create vitality for yourself. In short:

  • do sport and

  • do mind wandering.

In the second part you optimize your daily schedule efficient and effective by

  • decide what contributes to your goals,

  • use the right time management techniques and,

  • integrate habits.

ADAPT

all about the environment

Simply What:

(this you get told from everyone)

Get yourself ready to handle change effectively.

Simply Why:

(maybe this as well, if you are lucky)

Your actions are influenced by factors you control and those you don’t. Some situations may be out of your hands, yet they still affect how you move forward. The goal is to learn how to handle these situations so they don’t stop you from reaching your goals.

Simply How:

(but this very rarely)

Here are some ideas you can use to guide your behavior:

  • Refine expectations: Adjust them when you start something new and after you face setbacks.

  • Make decisions promptly: Use the information you have now, and adjust later if needed.

  • Develop inner strength: Build confidence, keep putting in effort, and stay committed.

  • Embrace the journey: Enjoy each step and avoid making excuses.

  • Set clear boundaries: Focus on what you can control and let go of what you cannot.

EMPOWER

all about others

Simply What:

(this you get told from everyone)

Lift up your team and make your life easier.

Simply Why:

(maybe this as well, if you are lucky)

By helping your team become more autonomous and skilled, you reduce your own workload, build trust, and create a supportive environment where everyone thrives.

Simply How:

(but this very rarely)

It is not so easy to give back the responsibility when your employees ask for your help, but there are techniques that help you make it in a way that your team is growing:

  • Delegate effectively: When they come to ask for help, tell them where they can find the answers, don't do it by yourself and give them the result.

  • Coach, mentor, and train: Use these concepts to grow your team, everyone needs a different approach, so pick according to their needs.

  • Encourage ownership: Let them experience their own outcomes, do not interfere too early and correct, let them make the failures, that they understand for the next time.

THE BEST WAY TO LEARN SOMETHING NEW

How many of you took a course, learned a few things, went back to work and never used it? I know what you're thinking. I had the same thing. I learned so much but never tried it because it was too much, or I was afraid to immediately apply it in a real situation, I've never done it before, I don't have confidence that it will work and many other thoughts , which made me not do it.

You will need at least the following to be confident to apply a new skill:

New Knowledge

This is the foundational information you need to learn a skill. It includes concepts, facts, and techniques that provide the basis for understanding and practicing.

Guided Deliberate Practice

This involves focused, structured practice with clear goals and detailed instructions. It emphasizes purposeful repetition and careful attention to technique, using examples and models to guide improvement.

Self-Assessment

This is the process of evaluating your own performance and progress. It involves using tools like quizzes, checklists, and reflection to identify strengths and weaknesses.

Safe Environment

This is a supportive learning space where it's okay to make mistakes and learn from them. It encourages experimentation, perseverance, and a growth mindset.

APPLIED SKILL READINESS

This indicates that you've gained sufficient knowledge and practiced enough to confidently apply the skill in real-world situations, even if further refinement is possible with future feedback. It signals a readiness to perform.

Look closely at this formula. It's a holistic approach to skill development. While new knowledge provides the foundation, it's just one piece of the puzzle. The real magic happens when we combine that knowledge with guided practice, honest self-reflection, and a safe environment to experiment. These three things are what turn knowing about something into actually doing it. Without them, knowledge remains abstract and disconnected from our actions. It explains why so many return from courses with their heads full of information, but without the ability to translate that information into meaningful change.

MEET NORA

Let's connect. I am

NORA

(an energetic introvert)

and here's a bit about my journey.

Early in my career, I was brimming with energy and ambition. I was thrilled to join a company as a Project Manager—a real step up. But the reality quickly became unsustainable. I was working 60-hour weeks, barely had time for anything else, and was managing one of our biggest clients with increasing project demands. We'd even discussed hiring support for me, but when a new PM joined, they were assigned elsewhere.

I remember one meeting vividly. I went in, hopeful, to explain my situation and ask for help. The response? "It seems you're not overloaded, but overwhelmed. Maybe project management isn't for you." It felt like a punch to the gut. My dedication, the extra hours I'd put in—it all seemed to count for nothing. I felt completely dismissed and alone.

This wasn't an isolated incident. Later, in a middle management role at another company, my VP consistently rejected my ideas, even when they achieved the same results. He insisted things be done his way, stifling my creativity and making me feel like I was just going through the motions. When I tried to address the issue, the response was even more disheartening: I was told it was my problem and that I should seek therapy.

These experiences, while painful, became my greatest motivators. I realized that I couldn't change those leaders, but I could choose to be a different kind of leader. I vowed never to make my team feel the way I felt—dismissed, unheard, or invalidated. I knew I had to leave those toxic environments to truly thrive.

This led me on a journey to discover what truly effective leadership looks like—leadership that empowers, supports, and fosters growth. I learned how to manage my workload effectively, even while pursuing a master's degree and training for competitive sports. I found a way to feel energized and fulfilled, even during demanding times.

Now, I'm passionate about helping other middle managers navigate these challenges. I know firsthand the pressures you face, the feeling of being caught between upper management and your team. I’ve been there, working those long hours, feeling the frustration of not being heard or valued. And I'm here to tell you it doesn't have to be that way. There's a better way to lead—a way that benefits both you and your team. A way that makes work not just manageable, but truly fulfilling.

MY PASSION

Knowledge Sharing

"Help the people around you get smarter, and it will make your life easier too."

I learned early on that sharing my knowledge creates an environment where my work becomes much easier. By helping others grow, I discovered that collaboration leads to greater success for everyone. Furthermore, this passion for teaching began when I was just 16, training both adults and kids in Karate. Now it is your turn.

No worries, there is enough space in this world to shine.

MY PHILOSOPHY

Experiment to Learn, Lead to Change

I believe that true learning comes from practical experience and experimentation. It's not enough to simply absorb information; we must actively apply it, test it, and learn from the results. This experiential approach is the foundation of my work, ensuring that the knowledge and skills you gain are not just theoretical but immediately applicable and impactful. It’s about transforming learning into tangible leadership skills that drive real change.

MY MISSION

My mission is to make leadership education universally accessible and effective—affordable, quick to learn, and deeply impactful through experiential learning. I experienced firsthand the frustration of investing in expensive courses and degrees that lacked practical application. That's why I'm committed to providing training that delivers real-world results. I want to empower you to become the confident, inspiring leader you were meant to be, equipped with the tools and experience you need to thrive. I provide the resources, insights, and practical exercises designed to help you grow and apply what you learn in real-world situations. While your ultimate success depends on your commitment and effort, I’m dedicated to partnering with you on this journey and helping you unlock your leadership potential. Let’s embark on this journey together.

LET'S MAKE IT DIFFERENT - BUT SIMPLE & WORKING

A Bucket List has everyone

Do you have a LIFE ACHIEVEMENT LIST?

"Life Achievement List"

I always missed appreciating the things I did, it took me 42 years until I started with it. Now, I am documenting all my successes, no matter how small, and my list is growing, like yours will do too.

Or a "fuck up" CV?

How about this: Instead of sending out your resume highlighting your accomplishments, send a resume listing only the mistakes you've made along the way.

Or a "To-Achieve List"?

Who has a To-Do list but never finishes it? Keep a To-Achieve List and see how your mindset changes to achieve what you want.

Different perspectives on common problems open your mindset to achieve more in your life.

FRANCISKA BÖSZ, GER

"Since you've accomplished so much in your professional and private life, I'm totally happy to be able to copy something from you."

AMANDA BURTON, UK

"This course is not like any other time management or productivity course I have ever signed up to before. I expected repeated and reworded productivity advice that all the experts and gurus out there advise. But NO. Nora's Energetic Time Mastery is a whole completely new refreshing take informed by her personal experiences which she is happy to share whilst also considering our individual preferences. I would 100% recommend it. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity, such a wealth of a book's worth of information and the accountability and support has been far superior than any other course I have joined and I have joined a few!"

MAGDALENA BRONSON, CZ

"Whole course has been very helpful because we created confidence and clarity about our decision making. We looked at our mindset from different perspective of commitment, consistency and confidence. We learned how to manage stress by learning our barriers and by looking at problems as opportunities. It was very informative and easy to listen to."
